Request deletion of your NoWaste.ai account and data
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the NoWaste.ai app on your device
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- Your account will be deleted immediately
Option 2: Email Request
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address
- We will process your request within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once complete

Data Retention Exceptions
Legal Obligations
We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This includes:
- Transaction records for tax purposes (7 years)
- Records of data deletion requests (3 years)
- Communications regarding legal matters
Backup Systems
Deleted data may persist in our backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently removed. During this period, the data is not accessible through our application.
